-Make sure that you are using the latest version of Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff
-Go to the Blimp
-Activate the Blimp as many times as you can, and use up all the Plutonium
-An animation will occur once all the Plutonium is used up
-Visit the Multiverse to ensure your game saves, and then force-close your game
-Restart your game, and the Blimp quest should be completed
