The blimp vanishes after you activate it five times, each corresponding to the following quests:
- Dance Hall Days Pt. 4
- Walk Like an Egyptian Pt. 2
- A Page out of Prehistory Pt. 3
- Virgil's First Edition Pt. 3
- Ye Olde Blimp Trippe Pt. 4
If you've completed all of the above quests, the required items will be in your inventory. To access your inventory, tap on the 'Menu' icon (the icon in the bottom left corner filled with squares). From there, tap on the 'Inventory' icon to see the items in your inventory.
You’ll need to place the items in your town to get credit for unlocking Olivia.
