We are sorry about the loading issue players have been experiencing on the 14.6.0 Update. We have released a new update 14.7.0 that should resolve this issue.
If you have lost your progress, you may need reconnect your account with your email address associated with Jam City ID.
Some players may experience their level progress have reset. If your are experiencing this, please let us know what was the last map and level you competed and we'll be happy to update your level progress!
Additionally, aware players have missed their Daily Login due to the issue. We are currently working on readjusting the Daily Calendar requirement so less days will be required to earn the Final Prize. Expect to see the Daily Calender on soon!
