Unfortunately, this issue was caused by a compatibly issues in Android 12, with some games and apps that were previously compatible with previous Android versions no longer working.
Generally speaking, and version of Snoopy Pop from 1.71 or below will be affected by this issue, however, there is a new version of the game - 1.71.500 that fixes this issue. Please note that this version is not available to all players yet, so please continue to check the Google Play store for the update.
