This is called the golden Node. When you complete the level for the first time, the game will award you with a Golden Node. You may also have previous levels that were completed on the first try, but have not turned gold; this is due to these level having been completed before this feature was implemented.

Please note,  this is just a visual feature, and doesn't count toward events or additional rewards.
