There are several benefits when linking your Facebook account with Snoopy Pop:
- You can view Facebook friends on the game map and see how far they have advanced in the game.
- You can send and receive gifts (e.g. lives).
- You can compete against Facebook friends on getting higher scores for each level.
- Connecting to Facebook will save your progress. If you change devices or lose your device without Facebook connecting, all of your progress will be lost and unrecoverable.
Regarding technical issues:
- If you are experiencing an in-game issue, our development team can investigate why a certain issue is occurring.
- If you have lost any items, our support team can credit your missing items.
- If you are playing on multiple devices, you can continue your progress on all of your devices. Please note, coins, boosters, etc. are not synced across multiple devices and are stored on the device they were purchased or earned on.
