In order for us to credit your account with any missing lives, levels, coins or boosters, you'll need to submit a ticket to our Customer Support team while having Snoopy Pop connected to Facebook.
To do this, go into your game settings by tapping on the gear icon on the bottom of the screen. This will bring up the Settings screen.
If you are currently disconnected from Facebook, the big blue button in the center of the screen will say "Connect". If this is what you see, tap on the Connect button to connect to Facebook. (Otherwise, don't touch it!)
Then, tap on the red Support Button. Once you've done that, select the appropriate category for your problem and submit your ticket.
Please note: We won't be able to credit you your missing lives, levels, coins or boosters unless you submit your ticket while connected to Facebook. If you don't have a Facebook account, please make one and connect it so we can credit you what you're missing.
