If your purchase still isn't there, please contact Support and include a screenshot of your receipt directly from Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or Facebook. All purchases are directly processed via your app store. Please ensure the receipt includes the purchase name, date, and order number for verification. If you do not include a receipt, it may take longer to process your request with Support.
