If your sound stops working, verify that your device isn't on vibrate or silent. Also, please check any sound buttons or toggles on your device to make sure they were not turned off.
The sound may stop working if it is interrupted, such as by receiving a call or music is played. Please try the following steps:
- Force close and completely reopen your game
- Go into your game, and then into settings, and make sure you haven't deactivated the music and sound settings
- Ensure you're playing the latest version of our game (you can check by going into your App Store and seeing if there's an available update)
