When reporting a bug, please include as much information as possible to help our team investigate, such as:
  • What were you doing in the game when the bug occurred?
  • Does the bug happens repeatedly or just occured once?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already taken?
  • Any screenshots or videos you have taken of the bug.
