Connecting your game to a Facebook or Apple ID account will save your level progress and allow you to play across multiple devices. It also ensures that you can restore your game if you lose access to your device or need to uninstall the app. Due to this, we strongly encourage players to back up their saves by connecting to an account.

 

Please note: Android does not use Apple ID to save progress. If you are switching from an iOS device to an Android device, or vice versa, we recommend using a Facebook account to save progress. If you do not use a Facebook account, please contact Support and we can assist with manually restoring progress.
