If you're sending the screenshot by e-mail, you can attach the screenshot in your message as you would any other attachment. If your email provider asks you to choose how large of an image you would like to upload, please make sure to choose the largest image size.
If you're sending the screenshot in app there should be a camera icon at the bottom left of your chat screen, tapping on that will bring up your photos and you will be able to select your screenshot from there.
