You can retrieve your game previously linked to a Jam City ID account by tapping the gear icon on the upper right corner. This will bring up the "Settings" menu. From there tap on "Login to Jam City ID" to enter your email address and password that you used to create an account. Once you complete the login process, progress from your original game should be restored.
