To ensure you can retrieve your game progress, it's essential to link it to a Jam City ID account before you:

• Start using a new device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Reset your device to factory defaults.

You can retrieve your previously linked game by tapping the gear icon in the upper right corner to open the "Settings" menu. From there, tap "Login to Jam City ID" and enter the email address and password you used to create your account. Once you complete the login process, your original game progress should be restored.
