If you are unable to participate in your club's chat room, you may see a message saying your name is against our policy. To guarantee safe gameplay for all players, certain names are unavailable to use for reasons such as slang definitions and privacy concerns. If you do use a name that you believe should not be banned, please contact our Support team and we can bring this to the attention of our developers to reevaluate its restriction.

In the meantime, we recommend using a different name if you would like to use your club's chat room to message other players and send or receive hearts. To change your name, please tap the gear button on the upper right corner to bring up the Settings menu and then tap the "Change Name" button.
