After creating a Jam City ID account and logging in, a new code called JCID will appear in your game. Similar to a Player ID, your JCID can be used to locate games in our records and may be requested by the Support team.

You can find your JCID by tapping the gear icon, which brings up the "Settings" menu. The long code of letters and numbers that begin with "jc" will be found below your Player ID. You can also find your JCIID on the loading screen in the lower left corner of the screen.
