If you're a Cookie Jam user who likes to play the game from your web browser and you're currently having issues getting the game to load past the launch screen, please check for the following:
- Ensure you have updated to the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. We suggest Google Chrome for the best results.
- Ensure Hardware Acceleration is enabled.
- Attempt to load the game in your browser's incognito, or private browsing mode. You will need to log in to Facebook once more in this mode before playing.
If you continue to experience problems loading the game after ensuring the following has been addressed, please contact Support. If you can, provide the following information:
- Screenshots of your Hardware Settings and the Javascript console.
- If you haven't already tried Google Chrome, we suggest doing so.
