Using an Emoji Charge is a great way to build up the power of a specific emoji, similar to collecting a duplicate emoji.

When there is an Emoji Charge available for an emoji, it will appear as a rainbow-colored lightning bolt on the emoji's info card. To use it, tap the Emoji Charge icon and then "Okay" to build up that emoji's power.
