When you purchase a Gold Box or a Silver Box, you get a brand new emoji or a duplicate emoji that you already own.
If you'd like to guarantee a brand new emoji from your next Gold or Silver Box purchase, try a Magic Wand.
To use a Magic Wand:
- From the Emoji Collection, tap the "Shop" button
- Tap a Gold or Silver Box, then tap the Magic Wand to activate it
- The purchase button will display the coins required plus the Magic Wand
- Tap the purchase button to unlock a brand new emoji to your collection
NOTE: Each Magic Wand can only be used once on a single Gold or Silver Box purchase.
Magic Wands are typically available through in-game rewards, or sometimes sales.
