Everyone loves stuff. You get stuff by making your characters perform actions, or by collecting from your buildings. 

Stuff can be common, uncommon, rare, extra rare, or epic. The rarer the item, the more you’ll have to do an action before it will drop. Keep trying!

When viewing a character's dilemma, tap the arrow to go straight to the action that needs to be performed for the items you need to complete it. Remember: some actions require multiple characters!
