If you want to change your building's skin, tap on the building. This will bring up the rent timer.

You'll see a green arrow in the corner of building's icon. Tap on the green arrow to open up your building skin options. The Ø icon will display the default building, while any skins you own will be listed to the right of it.

Select the icon you want to change the building skin!
