Buildings only show what they have a chance of dropping if you need that item for a quest. For instance, if you have the Ice Climbing Wall and you already earned enough Cubes to unlock Q*Bert, the building will not show that it has a chance of dropping either of these items.

Additionally, if your building has a building skin equipped you may need to change it back to the correct version of the building that will drop the item.
