Force closing allows the app to refresh and may alleviate minor game play issues and loading issues. Our support team may also request that you Force Close to enable your device to recognize game fixes or account specific actions performed.

To "Force Close" any app on an Android device:

1. Open the Main Menu of your device
2. Select Settings
3. Select Apps or Manage Applications
4. Select the app in the list of applications
5. Select the Force Close button
