The temporary lack of character dialogue and other sounds is a result of all the shiny new event content we've pushed recently! Because there is so much content, it takes some time for all of the files to update in you game. This can sometimes prevent sound files from playing correctly. Opening your game and letting it run for 10-15 minutes should resolve the problem. Let us know if it does not!
