If you are crashing on the loading screen and reinstalling the app did not resolve this issue then there may be a bug with your game's localization settings.
This can be worked around for the time being by going to your device settings > General > international > Region Format and changing your country to the U.S. This issue will be fixed in the next update but for now this should allow you to access your game again.
