Tapping on Romantic Thug in Quahog gives you the option to lower their Health Points with the help of the following characters:

- Juliet Lois

- Romeo Peter

- Frair Quagmire

Each try requires 2 Rejection Letters and you can use up to two characters at once. When the Romantic Thug’s Health Points goes to Zero, they will be cleared.

During attempts to Romantic Thug, your team also takes damage and tries to dodge. Occasionally, attempts to ward may be successful. Once your character’s Health Points becomes zero, they will begin to heal their Health Points over time or they can be instantly healed to full Health Points using Clams.
