Nagging Wives will "#1 Dad" Mug spawning at the "#1 Dad" Mug of Phase 1 event quest, “Father-In-Awe Pt. 1”. 

A few Nagging Wives will spawn every few hours and you can have a total of 8 Nagging Wives on your playspace.
