Phase 2
- Easter Chicken for 75 Easter Eggs
- Rabbit Hideout for 400 Easter Eggs and 4 Common Eggs
- Sitcom Couch for 400 Easter Eggs and 4 Common Eggs
- Sitcom Fountain for 500 Easter Eggs and 4 Common Eggs

Phase 3
- Beach House for 225 Easter Eggs
- Lifeguard Tower for 500 Easter Eggs and 5 Champagne
- Beach Gym for 800 Easter Eggs and 15 Champagne
- Easter Egg Farm for 2000 Easter Eggs and 15 Champagne
