If you are having trouble connecting to Facebook, please perform the following steps:

1. In your game settings, disconnect from Facebook. (If you're not currently connected, skip this step)

2. Open up Facebook and check to see if you are logged in.

3. Double tap the home button and swipe away all of your open apps.

4. Reopen Cookie Jam Blast and try to connect to Facebook.

5. If these steps didn't work, please turn off your device, turn it on again, and attempt these steps again.
