If you are experiencing an issue where your energy does not refill after leaving the game overnight or for some period of time, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure all battery saving and optimization settings are turned off for our app.

2. Make sure to complete or leave all dialogues and interactions before setting the app aside.

3. Use the Save Button from the Settings menu.

4. Force close the app when you are ready to stop playing.
