A Booster is a feature that allows you to increase the amount of points you earn from collecting individual tiles and full patterns on your Full Marks board for a certain period of time. The boost starts at a x1.5 multiplier and can be upgraded to a maximum of x2.5. Keep in mind, however, that upgrading the Booster does not reset its timer, so you won't be able to extend the timer by upgrading to a higher boost.
