When you finish your event your rewards may not immediately surface in your game. If you have not seen your end of event message and received your rewards, you may need to close your game and load it once more (you may need to repeat this step). You can also try to move to a new area of the castle grounds, such as one of the hub locations or hallways. Your rewards should populate shortly after this.
