Charisma is a multiplier for rewards earned from Romance. Each consecutive day you log in your Charisma stat will increase by one, up to a grand total of seven. The greater your Charisma level the more rewards you can receive when interacting with friends or going on dates.
Once you have logged in seven days in a row your Charisma stat will no longer increase. At this point you simply need to maintain your login streak and your stat will remain at maximum.
If you miss logging into the game for a day your Charisma stat will reset. If this happens the next time you log in your stat will start at day 1.
Day Bonus Multiplier
1 = 1x
2 = 1.25x
3 = 1.5x
4 = 1.75x
5 = 2x
6 = 2.5x
7+ = 3x
Remember, Charisma doesn’t affect how well you do in social encounters, it is only a bonus to the rewards earned from social encounters.
