If you are experiencing a "data error" message upon loading the game, please try the following:
1. Free up storage space. You can do this by deleting unused apps, pictures, and videos on your device. Please ensure the game is stored on internal storage and not a memory card.
2. Restart your device.
3. Force close all of your open apps.
4. Clear your cache. If you are on an Android device, tap and hold the icon in the app drawer. Drag it to 'app info' and then tap 'Clear Data.' On iOS, double-tap the home button and swipe up on all apps.
5. Make sure you're on a stable internet connection, such as using Wi-Fi instead of cellular data.
6. Uninstall and reinstall the game. (Only do this if your game is connected to an account!)
When you load the game once more, you may be logged out of your Facebook/Username account. If this happens, please go to the Account Info page and log in once more after you complete the tutorial. This will restore your progress.
