Please try the following, in this order. If the issue persists after completing a step, try the next one.

1. Free up storage space. You can do this by deleting unused apps, pictures, and videos on your device.
2. Clear your cache. If you are on an Android device, tap and hold the icon in the app drawer. Drag it to 'app info' and then tap 'Clear Data.' On iOS, double-tap the home button and swipe up on all apps.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the game. (Only do this if your game is connected to an account!)
4. Load your game on a different device by logging in to your account.

When you load the game again, you may be logged out of your Facebook account. If this happens, please go to the Account Info page and log in once more. This will restore your progress. If you have any issues with this, please let us know, and we will help restore your game.
