The game needs sufficient time to save the data to our servers. If you log out too quickly or if the application crashes before a save occurs, the game will revert to the last uploaded save point, therefore not saving your most recent actions.

It can take anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes to upload your save. Keep in mind that this process can be longer as it's dependent on your connection and upload speed to our servers. Before you log out of the game, we recommend waiting about 1 to 5 minutes to upload your save to our servers!

Additionally, some older model devices and those devices that have app specific power saving settings may cause issues with the game saving progress. Please see our FAQ for "Why Does My Game Have Trouble Saving?" for detailed information for devices that may exhibit this behavior.

If you are continuing to have issues with the game saving naturally, please look for the save button in the Account Settings menu. You can use this button to save your game, as well.
