iOS Devices with 2 GB of RAM or less (keep in mind, RAM is not the same as storage space), including most iPad models, iPod Touch models, and older iPhone models may not be able to run the app with 100% functionality due to the game's memory requirements. This is particularly true for players who have upgraded to iOS 12, which demands more of the phone's memory to run, and have been known to decrease performance on older devices. We are working on ways to decrease the memory demand of our app.
As a temporary measure to hopefully alleviate issues caused by low memory on iOS devices, please try the following steps to reset your RAM:
1. Hold the power button until the "slide to power off" option appears on your device's display.
2. Hold the Home Button for about 8 seconds, until the screen flashes and returns to your home screen.
