In order to reduce load times and improve the overall game experience, event data greater than 90 days* old is cleared at the start of each month. This means that any unclaimed event rewards from events that took place greater than 90 days ago will be wiped! This includes Magical Milestones.

Be sure to claim any unclaimed event rewards by the end of each month to avoid losing out on the rewards you’ve earned!
