One of the most useful benefits of joining a Club is being able to request Hearts, allowing you to play for longer.

To do this, select the ‘Request’ button toward the lower-left corner of the Club’s Chat screen.  The request will appear in the Chat stream, allowing other Club members to respond.  Requests can be made every three hours, and a player can only have one active request at a time.

Each request can receive up to five responses, each of which will send a Heart to the in-game message inbox; these must be collected from there to be used.

It is not possible to request or collect Hearts when the Heart counter is full.
