If any of your recent in-app purchases do not appear, please submit a support request from your device by selecting the gear and then Support. If you are unable to access your game on your device, you can always submit a support request on our website at www.jamcity.com/#support
Please be sure to include the following information:
  • Your Support ID
  • The quantity of the purchased item(s) (ex. 200 coins)
  • A screenshot of your purchase receipt - this should be the receipt you received from the app store
