One of the most useful benefits of joining a Club is being able to request Free Play tickets, allowing you to play for longer.

To do this, select the ‘Request’ button toward the lower-right corner of the Club’s Chat screen. The request will appear in the Chat stream, allowing other Club members to respond. Requests can be made every four hours, and a player can only have one active request at a time.

Each request can receive up to three responses, each of which will make a Free Play ticket available to collect.

It is not possible to request Free Play tickets when you have five or more Free Play tickets available.
