After making a purchase on the Bingo Pop webstore, your items are sent to your in-game inbox. You'll need to claim them there. Here's how:
After a successful purchase, you'll receive an email receipt from Appcharge (no-reply@appcharge.com).
Go into the game and check the Admin Messages tab in your Inbox.
Your items will be waiting for you to claim there.
What if I don't see my items in the Inbox?
If the items aren't immediately visible, try these steps:
Force-close the app and restart it. This often refreshes the game and loads new messages.
If you still can't see the items, please contact Appcharge support directly. You can find their contact information along the bottom of the confirmation receipt you received.
