After making a purchase on the Bingo Pop webstore, your items are sent to your in-game inbox. You'll need to claim them there. Here's how:

  1. After a successful purchase, you'll receive an email receipt from Appcharge (no-reply@appcharge.com).

  2. Go into the game and check the Admin Messages tab in your Inbox.

  3. Your items will be waiting for you to claim there.

 

What if I don't see my items in the Inbox?

If the items aren't immediately visible, try these steps:

  • Force-close the app and restart it. This often refreshes the game and loads new messages.

  • If you still can't see the items, please contact Appcharge support directly. You can find their contact information along the bottom of the confirmation receipt you received.
