Club Owners that are inactive for 30 days or more, the Ownership will automatically transfer over to another member within the Club. The next Owner will then be able to add or remove members.

 

If you'll be taking a break from the game but still want to keep your Club, set your Club to "Private" and make sure that you're the only one left in your Club.
