  1. From the main Bingo Lobby, in the top-left corner, tap on the 3-dash icon   ☰    to expand the menu.
  2. Select the gear icon labelled "Settings".
  3. Under Communications, select "Contact Us".
  4. Follow the prompts and enter your message.
  5. If recommended articles do not help, select "No, I need to talk to someone".
  6. Select a Response that best match your issue.

From there, please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response from Support.
