- From the main Bingo Lobby, in the top-left corner, tap on the 3-dash icon ☰ to expand the menu.
 - Select the gear icon labelled "Settings".

 - Under Communications, select "Contact Us".
 - Follow the prompts and enter your message.
 - If recommended articles do not help, select "No, I need to talk to someone".
 - Select a Response that best match your issue.
 
From there, please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response from Support.
