Make sure you are running the latest version of the game.

  • Make sure your credit card information is current in your mobile app store account. Charges are managed directly with your mobile App Store. If you have credits available with them, you may need to have this updated.
  • Some App Stores may have new Terms & Conditions you'l be required to accept before you can make purchases, even if you already have funds in your account. Make sure you have read and accepted the latest Terms & Conditions with your mobile App Store account.
  • Make sure you connect to a reliable Internet source - if you're using a mobile device with a cellular connection, make sure this is a steady connection. If your cellular connection is not steady or reliable, you may try connecting to WiFi in your device's settings.
