When you link Juice Jam to your Facebook account, this saves your game progress and allows you to sync this with multiple devices. It also allows you to restore your progress, on a new device, for example.
It is important to know that coins, boosters, and lives are only local on specific devices so these will not sync with multiple devices, even when you're connected to Facebook, only our levels will be synced. If you have items on one device, they will only be available on that device.
If you're having difficulties with your devices not syncing your progress correctly, please update all your devices to the latest version of Juice Jam. When new levels are released, all devices must be updated for them to load correctly.
If your games are up to date and your levels still don't match, If your game is not loading, please try these troubleshooting steps (DO NOT delete or reinstall the game):
If you are playing on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch:
First, please make sure that you are running the latest game version by visiting your mobile app store. If you're not sure if you have the latest version, please click here for steps on how to update your apps.

For devices with a home button, press this two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.

For devices without a home button, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold your finger on the screen until these previews appear.

Swipe your finger up on each of the apps you see to close them. Further help with this can be found here.

Press and hold the Power button until a slider appears.

Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.

After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

Reopen the game and it will prompt you to reconnect to Facebook. If you had your game connected to Facebook, reconnect.
We recommend you try these steps every once in a while to lower the frequency of the game freezing! If your game still freezes after you tried this for the first time, it may require that you close the app fully and turn it back on a second time.

Power off your device completely. This will probably require you to hold down your Power button and your Volume button at the same time, for several seconds. If you're not sure how to power off your device, please check out this link.

Wait for 10 seconds and turn your device back on.

Reopen the game and it will prompt you to reconnect to Facebook. If you had your game connected to Facebook, reconnect.
