Please make sure that you're running the latest version of your game by visiting your app store and searching for "Juice Jam" and download and available updates.

Playing the latest version of our games ensures you have the latest content and bug fixes as possible. If there are no updates available for your game, please try the troubleshooting steps below and then try reconnecting Facebook in the game:

If you are playing on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch:
First, please make sure that you are running the latest game version by visiting your mobile app store. If you're not sure if you have the latest version, please click here for steps on how to update your apps.

  1. For devices with a home button, press this two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
    • For devices without a home button, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold your finger on the screen until these previews appear.
  2. Swipe your finger up on each of the apps you see to close them. Further help with this can be found here.
  3. Press and hold the Power button until a slider appears.
  4. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
  5. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
  6. Reopen the game and it will prompt you to reconnect to Facebook. If you had your game connected to Facebook, reconnect.

If you are playing on an Android device:
First, please make sure that you are running the latest game version by visiting your mobile app store. If you're not sure if you have the latest version, please click below for steps on how to update your apps.

  1. Force quit the app and all other apps you have running in the background. If you don't know how to force quit an app, please check out these steps.
  2. Power off your device completely. This will probably require you to hold down your Power button and your Volume button at the same time, for several seconds. If you're not sure how to power off your device, please check out this link.
  3. Wait for 10 seconds and turn your device back on.
  4. Reopen the game and it will prompt you to reconnect to Facebook. If you had your game connected to Facebook, reconnect.

We recommend you try these steps every once in a while as this can help with game freezing as well.
