If you're logged into the incorrect Jam City ID account, please perform the following steps: 

1. Open your Frozen Free Fall app.

2. Go to the "Options" menu by tapping the icon on the lower left corner.

3. Tap the "ID Connected" button and then tap "Log Out" to disconnect from your current Jam City ID account.

4. The game will reload and you will be brought back to the login screen for Jam City ID.

5. Tap "Login" to enter another email address associated with a Jam City ID account. A verification code will be sent to your email address.

6. Complete the verification process by checking your email's inbox and entering the number code when you return to the Frozen Free Fall app.

7. Enter your password to complete the login process for your other Jam City ID account.
