To ensure your game is functioning properly, please force close and reopen your game. If you don't have your purchase, please try turning your device off and then on again.
Android users may experience rare cases where their purchase is delayed and see a "You Already Own This Item" message. Simply reloading your game should resolve this. Please also allow your device sufficient time to communicate with the server.
If any of your recent in-app purchases still does not appear, please submit a support ticket from your device by selecting the gear button to access the Settings menu. If you are unable to access your game on your device, you can alway submit a support request on our website at www.jamcity.com/support.
Please be sure to include the following information:
- Your game's Support ID, found in the Settings menu
- The quantity of the purchased item(s) (e.g., 200 Gems, 20 Lives, etc.)
- A screenshot of your purchase receipt - this should be the official receipt you received from the App Store or the Google Play
