Force closing allows the app to refresh and may alleviate minor gameplay or loading issues. Our Support team may also request that you force close to download game fixes.
To force close the game on iPhone 8 or earlier:
- Double tap on the home button to make all of your recently used apps appear.
- Swipe up the apps that you wish to force close.
- Be sure to swipe it up completely to confirm that it will be force closed!
To force close the game on iPhone X or later:
- Swipe from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.
- Then swipe up the apps that you wish to force close.
- Be sure to swipe it up completely to confirm that it will be force closed!
