- Make sure you're using a strong internet connection, such as using Wi-Fi instead of cellular data. If you are downloading updates in the background, this may affect your internet connection's speed.
We recommend you try these steps every once in a while to lower the frequency of the game performance issues. If your game still experiences issues after you tried this for the first time, it may require that you close the app fully and turn it back on a second time.
